Register your travel

We recommend that everyone joining ReefDoctor as Volunteer Research Assistants register their travel plans in Madagascar with their respective consulate or embassy before or upon arrival in Madagascar.

Research Assistants from the UK will be registered through the Madagascan Consulate in the UK upon collecting their visas. If you plan to obtain your visa on entry to Madagascar, you should still register your travel plans with the consulate in the UK as there is no longer a British Embassy in Madagascar.
