Visa forms

We have copies of visa application forms and information for a small number of countries.

If your country is not listed you will need to contact the Madagascan Embassy or Consular office in your country. See Madagascan consulates and embassies.

In order to get a visa you are likely to need the following (requirements may differ in different countries so check with the Madagascan consulate or embassy where you live):
• Passport valid for six months after the date of entry to Madagascar
• Your application form
• Up to four passport size photos
• Your return air ticket or confirmation of booking from travel agent
• The fee payable
